fat milk (buttermilk) or kefir
cream optional
# Necessary utensils:
colander (strainer for pasta)
cheesecloth, a cloth or a special cheese cloth
large saucepan

Method
The mechanics is filled to the mark with fat milk or yogurt (can be mixed with cream, cream of cottage cheese) and includes a program for 16 hours. Until then, the milk is rising, pour into a colander, covered with a strainer and put in a saucepan. Drained 6 hours in the refrigerator. Durability in refrigerator 1 week.

Vesi, honestly do not know. The machine is said yoghurtmaker, the author writes that can be ordered over the internet for $ 15. It comes to the United States. And here in Germany have them, but I do not have.
