Parfait with cream and compote

Ingredients
500 g cream
150 g sugar
200 ml milk
1 compote of apricots or other fruit of your choice
2 tbsp gelatin
Method
Cream mix with sugar. Milk and fruit compote crash very well with a mixer and gelatin previously dissolved in juice compote. Everything is mixed and poured into cups that are left in the refrigerator until gelled parfait.
