Chicken with bamboo and mushrooms

Ingredients
250 g chicken fillet
1 stalk leek (small)
1 onion
150 g mushrooms
200 g canned bamboo
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
50 ml broth
1 tbsp starch
vegetable oil

Method
Chicken fry in preheated oil until it turns rosy. Add mushrooms and onion and fry about 2-3 minutes. Then put bamboo and confuse about 1-2 minutes. Pour soy sauce to the chicken and mix again. Add broth and immediately dissolved in 1 tbsp water starch. Stirring until thickened, add the leeks, then shuffle back and take off from the heat. Serve with boiled rice. To the dish can be added various kinds of vegetables according to taste.

perfect end of this wonderful dish is sweet and sour sauce. Bravo!

thanks, Desi :) It was very tasty, but last night I did fish fillet in sweet and sour sauce in the oven .. was incredibly delicious.
