Stuffed peppers with 2 types of meat and gravy

Ingredients
12-15 green peppers
400 g rice
200 g pork
300 g chicken
250 g minced meat
2 carrots
1 onion
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
400 g yogurt
3 eggs
sunflower oil
pepper, salt

Method
Pork and chicken cut into very small cubes (approximately 1 cm). Carrots and onions finely and fry in a deep pot. To these are added meat and minced meat, which also fry. Put it in the rice mixture and pour water. When the rice is added red pepper, tomato paste, pepper and salt. The resulting mixture is stuffed peppers, pour 1 cup with water and bake in the oven at 250 C. From yogurt and eggs cooked dressing and pour finished peppers, then returns the tray in the oven for about 5 minutes.
