800 g pork
sunflower oil for frying
50 g or 30 g ginger powder
4 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
60 g honey
100 ml soy sauce
sheet 1 lemon and 1 orange
1 bunch spring onions
2 pinches ground coriander
200 g carrots
200 g zucchini
150 g cabbage
100 g red onion
100 g celery
50 ml sunflower oil
60 ml oyster sauce or soy sauce

Prepare a marinade of grated ginger, chopped garlic and hot pepper and grated peel of lemon and orange. Put them in a bowl. Sprinkled with soy sauce and honey and mix. oyster sauce can be replaced with Uni sauce, I personally have done so and still get better. Try the recipe. Chinese cuisine lovers will be fascinated.
