Crispy fried potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes medium size.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed pretzels
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp vegeta or pikantina
1 tbsp crushed oregano or thyme
Method
Peel the potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes after boiling water must be almost raw. Is cut into quarters or 6 lengthwise and put in a bowl. The listed ingredients are mixed with them to scatter potatoes. Stir well to adhere to good on them. If you are still warm, leave to cool, then fry in very hot oil.
