Mixed salad - II type

250 g boiled chicken
4 potatoes
carrots 2
Chapter 1 beet
1 cucumber
2-3 scallions
6 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
pepper caraway, salt
1 lettuce
3 eggs
Cleaned potatoes cut into cubes and boil in a little salted water, drain and sprinkle with crushed salt caraway. Chicken was skinned and cut into small pieces. Lettuce cut into strips and sprinkle with 1 tsp lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Carrots finely grated grater, cucumber and beet is cut into cubes, beet sprinkle with crushed caraway seeds and lemon juice. The ingredients were mixed in a deep salad. Mayonnaise diluted with the remaining lemon juice and a bit of potato decoction and seasoned with 1 pinch of salt and pepper. Pour salad with mayonnaise and leave in a cool place one hour then divided into portions, sprinkle with chopped onions and garnish with slices of hard-boiled eggs.
