Tomato lamb

Ingredients
1.5 kg lamb
800 g canned tomatoes
300-350 g of fresh mushrooms mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp flour
1-2 tsp red pepper
salt, pepper, mint

Method
Cut the meat into portions and rubbed with soy sauce, salt, red pepper, flour and a few tablespoons of sunflower oil or olive oil. Capped and allowed to stand for several hours in a refrigerator.
