300-350 g cleaned, cooked and ready to konsumatsia beef tripe
400 ml milk
butter
pepper
salt
vinegar
garlic

Method
Cut the tripe finely and put in 150-200 ml boiling water. After 5 minutes add the milk and boil for 7-8 minutes. Add roux of butter with red pepper, stirring well. Finished dish to add salt, pepper, vinegar and garlic to taste. Prepare very easily and quickly. Sometimes I buy fresh tripe, clean, concoct it, slice it and freeze it. When I have time to prepare and cook tripe on this recipe for about 10 minutes.
