Cream soup of feta cheese - II type

Ingredients
300 g feta cheese - crumbled
500 ml milk
500 ml water
30 g butter
salt
# For soup thickenerta:
70 g dry mashed potatoes
Method
All products are placed in a suitable container to boil about 10 minutes. While the soup boil, pour the potato mashed with constant stirring and so another 1-2 minutes before take off from the heat. Can be served with homemade or ready croutons.
