Ingredients
200 g soft tofu
2 centennial eggs
green onions
1 tsp olive oil
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy paste
1 tsp sesame butter
pork floss ( roasted or dried)

Method
Tofu is drained and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Eggs are cut into slices by first cut to length 2, then the half-quarters, each quarter, and finally 2 to 3 slices. Olive oil is heated, remove from heat and put it in very finely chopped onion. In a serving plate ranks the feta cheese and eggs on it slices, sprinkle with soy paste and sesame sunflower oil. Put the onions with olive oil and top sprinkle with meat.
