Cake with coconut

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
125 g butter
6 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup with peak flour
1 baking powder

Method
Fresh milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, cocoa and put to boil. Boil on low heat 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Allow to cool and poured 1/2 cup Beat the eggs and add the remaining mixture. Add flour and baking powder. Bake in a moderate oven. Cold cake smeared with leached glaze and sprinkle with coconut.

As there is a need to sprinkle a cake - in taste between 1-2 tablespoons and 1 handful ...

I sprinkle 5 tablespoons coconut, but someone, if he loves more coconut can sprinkle a larger amount. Maybe it is my fault that I have not mentioned the exact amount.

Very easy and delicious cake. I used 15 - '20 coconut - 2 packets. Chips should be sprinkled after sladkashat absorbed well glaze. Otherwise, take it.
