Tyurlyu-stew with meat

Ingredients
750 g pork, mutton or veal
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
4-5 (300 g) Tomato
4-5 (250 g) of green peppers
1-2 (250 g) eggplants
1 handful (100 g) okra
3-4 (300 g) potatoes
1 handful (150 g) green beans
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2-3 chili peppers
parsley
salt

Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and put in the ring or stew pan with fat. Bake in medium high heat until almost. Stir to add to it paprika and chopped vegetables (excluding potatoes) and again placed in the oven. When a vegetable is tender, add potatoes cut into rings, and a little warm water. Casseroles add salt to taste and cook while staying with some sauce. Once removed from the oven add parsley. casseroles becomes very tasty, the meat is fatty and not add additional fat. then put 900 g of meat. Optional casseroles, before withdrawing from the oven can be flooded with 1-2 pre-beaten egg.
