Ingredients
200 g fresh feta cheese - Philadelphia cream or similar
200 g drained yogurt
10-15 large leaves Ramsons
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
30-40 ml sunflower oil

Method
Ramsons leaves are washed and torn into pieces. In a narrow, high court put all products and pureed until smooth mass. Allow to stand for several hours in the refrigerator before serving. Serve to meats, poultry, fresh vegetables or crackers, with crusty bread or as an appetizer. Immediately after making dipat no special taste and aroma. Only after stays Ramsons develop its flavor.

Oh Rally, as I read the products without've read how to prepare imagined dip combination with Ramsons on a piece of crusty bread. Will make it mandatory, because I adore the delicate garlic taste of this plant. Ramsons is very useful - purifies blood and helps to overcome the spring fatigue.
