Baskets of mince in a halogen oven

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 egg
1 small onion (optional)
2 slices of bread (middle)
salt and spices to flavor meatballs
# For the filling:
30 g smoked feta cheese
pickles 2
1 boiled egg
30 g of ham or other sausage
mushrooms and olives optional
50 g cheese

Method
Put the minced meat in a bowl with the friction between the palms crush bread crumbs (you can substitute with 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs), add the egg, grated onion and season with salt and spices. Knead nice minced meat and leave in the refrigerator at least 20 minutes. Then very lightly oiled suitable for oven baking. Shape the mince from 5 balls, put the balls in the pan and thumbs shape baskets. Put the pan on the bottom BBQ and turn the oven for 15 minutes at 240C. Then turn the basket upside down and bake another 5 minutes, turn them over again and fill with stuffing of chopped products filling. 5 of cheese cut thin pieces and place each on baskets. Bake for 5 minutes at 240C to melt the cheese.

This recipe is *empty refrigerator.* The variety of fillings can be great. I made them, I put what I had in the fridge and get a very tasty dish.

That's right, the filling can be any and is made from residues of a variety of products from the refrigerator .. Slightly different meatloaf .. I am glad that you liked the idea .. and the recipe is not necessarily to be respected .. at least I always add something from me to each new recipe that test.
