Outlets of smoked salmon

Ingredients
1 tbsp gelatin
2 tbsp white wine
150 g cream cheese
200 g crab meat (canned)
3 scallions
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
slices of smoked salmon - the number is determined by you

Method
Gelatin was poured into a white wine and left so for 5 minutes, after which the melt in the microwave oven for 20 seconds. During this time, mix the cream the feta cheese, crab meat, chopped onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice. The gelatin was poured into the mixture and stirred well. Spread on slices of salmon. Then of buttered smoked salmon wound rolls, which in turn are packaged individually in foil and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Just before serving cut into rings.
