Method
Wash rice well and leave to soak in cold water for 1/2 hour. Then he put 2 cups water to simmer, stirring often, when the water evaporates the rice is ready. In a bowl mix the rice vinegar, salt and sugar, and pour in the rice and cover with a towel Drain the fish and mix with mayonnaise. Do omelet eggs and put on paper towels to cool (I put it in and parsley). Slice of galling (julienne) vegetables. Soil to arrange a mat, a sheet of Nori, rice, other products and roll up tightly. When put smoked salmon, then dropped tuna and mayonnaise, and sprinkle with sesame salmon (can be put with crab sticks). We leave in the refrigerator rolls for 30 minutes to firm, then cut them into slices and arrange in plate, so serve. Knife for cutting of rolls must be very sharp and dry. Serve with soy sauce. * It is Korean food - and no raw fish as in sushi.

Very nice, professionally made them occurs, looks great in the picture :) I just want to clarify, this is sushi. The sushi can be prepared with raw fish, but also of any cooked / raw meat, vegetables or algae, or a combination, as a characteristic of the sushi is that the rice is prepared with rice vinegar. Kimbab or gimbap is a Korean dish like sushi, but it characteristic that is not with rice vinegar and sesame oil is used.

Hello, I want to tell you that the original recipe for Kimbap with rice vinegar (ovkusavane rice it with sugar and salt), put it in original and sesame oil, but I did not put you rice vinegar rice becomes tasteless and you will not like I do not know.

On kimbapa flavoring rice with sesame oil is mixed with salt to taste. The filling can be any (from sausage to lettuce).
