White sauce with olives

Ingredients
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
15 pitted green olives
200-250 g cooking cream
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
pepper, salt

Method
Peel the onion and garlic and olives along with putting them in the chopper, where they were cut into small pieces, and hand can be cut into small pieces. Put the chopped mixture to fry for about 5-15 minutes - depending on the intensity of the heat. The aim is onion and garlic to cook, but not to caramelize. Once the mixture is fried add the cream and soy sauce and leave on the stove to mix flavors for about 10 minutes over low heat. Before removing from heat add salt and pepper. * The sauce is suitable for pasta, toast and other breads, but not for dishes with a strong taste, as he is quite distinct scent.
