Stuffed zucchini sauce

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 kg zucchini
1/4 cup (50 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
pepper
dill
salt

Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in fat along with hollowed interior of courgettes. Add consecutively cleaned and washed rice, chopped tomatoes, 1 cup hot water and salt to taste. When the rice absorbs water, the mixture is removed from the heat and stir the meat, pepper and dill. With this mixture fill the courgettes. Arrange in a saucepan, cover with a plate to stew, pour a little hot water and cook on low heat until ready. Flour and put in a pan of warm stove stirring, until lightly browned. Yolks of eggs broken with yogurt and toasted flour by adding the sauce and the dish. This sauce, bring to the boil, pour courgettes in serving them.
