Creamy buns

Ingredients
200 g of sour cream
2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
100 g feta cheese
60 g butter

Method
Involved dough of sour cream, flour, egg and salt. You should get very soft and elastic mixture. The dough is placed for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then is ready for use. Made into balls that are arranged at a distance of about 5 cm apart on paper covered baking tray. Leave to * die * for 10-15 minutes. Then, on each of them is shaped dimple, which is filled with crushed feta cheese. * Clean * to 10-15 minutes. Bake in preheated to 240C (strong) oven. When removed from the tray, the buns are coated with plenty of melted butter.

Yes, delicious, slightly crispy crust and straight to *melt* in your mouth.I admit I was surprised by the result, because I had not even heard of this cream dough (without raising agent with sour cream).

I think I have much, much to learn! :) And in this site is by whom! (Thanks anyway :) For cakes - no raising agent. And I was very surprised with the result!

On the set products, how many cakes go? If only 3 will increase the dose.

akva7, these products go 5 medium tortillas (diameter about 6 cm., Exesweet them as balls)

We liked the cakes, thanks for the recipe :) My unfortunately become less gletavi, maybe not I hit the temperature of baking ... however, I ate them with great appetite.
