1 cup sugar
1 cup Water
roasted walnuts, coarsely chopped

Method
The sugar is caramelized in a pot on the stove and then add 1 cup hot water, taking care because sprayed. Stir until the caramel is dissolved. This time I prepared the caramel cubes in convection oven - were equally delicious. When baking in that the water should be reduced to about 150 g, because actually hardly evaporated.
