Soup in Romanian

Ingredients
500 g pork
1-2 eggs
80 g rice
250 g sauerkraut
750 g various vegetables
3 l meat broth
sauerkraut juice
sour cream
salt
parsley
lemon juice
Method
Vegetables are cleaned, cut into in small pieces and smothered with sauerkraut. At the end of stew put the tomatoes and broth was acidified with cabbage juice. Optional can top up with a little lemon juice. While the vegetables are cooked, pork is passed through a meat grinder, mixed with poluuvreliya well drained rice and eggs and add salt. With wet hands to form balls the size of a walnut and cook in part of the strained broth about 15 minutes on low heat (until you start Braising). Balls and broth was transferred to the court with vegetable, spice once more, add sour cream and mix. The broth is served, scatter with chopped parsley.
