Chicken pilaf

Ingredients
250 g chicken
250 g rice
1 onion
60 g butter
2 cup (400 ml) chicken broth
3 tomatoes
60 g walnuts
thyme
pepper
salt
Method
Boiled chicken cut into thin strips, onion into small cubes and fry it in butter until browned. Add spices, salt and rice and fry stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Pour broth, add boiled, peeled and cut into quarters tomatoes, walnuts and stew until soft. Cooked rice stir with a fork and serve.
