Chicken brine - II type

Ingredients
chicken legs - one for serving
300 g roasted red peppers
300 g whole peeled tomatoes canned
4-5 cloves garlic
dill, parsley
sunflower oil or olive oil
pepper salt
1.5 liters of water or 200 ml for each serving
Method
Wash and clean the legs, and Salt the then combine as you want and order them in a baking pan, seasoning them with 1 cup water and a little sunflower oil and put them in the oven better to constipation. When they are ready add the vegetables and remaining water and bring to a boil again. Then subtract and add the chopped herbs, garlic (maybe compressed) and salt. Can it podlyutite with paprika. * This dish is very popular in Northern Bulgaria and is incredibly tasty. Enjoy your meal!
