Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 cube (42 g) yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs
200-300 g feta cheese
2 pm. h. lukewarm water

Method
Yeast, sugar and salt dissolve in water and flour kneaded medium soft dough. Leave in a warm place for half an hour to rise, rolled on crust thickness 1-1.5 cm. The sheet is smeared with a mixture of beaten eggs with crumbled feta cheese (the mixture is left spreads above) is wound into a roll and cut into pieces 3-4 cm in length.
