# For the light batter:
175 g flour
1 yolk
100 g butter
75 g sugar
2 pinches of dry yeast
1 tbsp orange liqueur
2 tbsp milk
1 pinch of salt
# For the chocolate dough:
same products + 20 g cocoa powder +60 g chocolate powder and without liqueur
Sieve the flour with the yeast, sugar and salt. Add the butter, cut into cubes, orange liqueur and then the yolk. Kneaded with hands and formed a ball. Similarly, prepare a chocolate dough, the flour is sifted with the cocoa and added to the chocolate. 2 on kitchen paper sheets are rolled two test equal rectangles. Chocolate powder can be just finely grated chocolate. I imagine them to become something like these sweet - Sweet Carousel
