Peel the potatoes and boil objectives and unpeeled in salted water. Boil most 15-20 minutes. Then cool, peel and grated. Bacon cut thinly and fry in a dry pan. Once it becomes crunchy and release its fat, add the chopped onion. Fry until golden brown. Insert the butter and once melted, add the grated potatoes. Mix and seasoned with salt and pepper. Insert the grated feta cheese and the mixture is pressed well to the bottom of the container. Fry the lid for 6-7 minutes, until golden brown. Then turns using a plate and again fry until golden on the other side. * Instead of feta cheese Gruyere can be used cheese. * For 2 servings.

Here in Germany says Ryosti (Rösti), comes from the verb ryosten (rösten), which means *to bake crust.* For lovers of potato works is something that should be tried. I prefer to raybekuhen example, because it takes so much fat. And without bacon is nice.

Thanks for evaluation :) Really poluchava delicious crispy crust. And what is raybekuhen? :)

means Reybekuhen Grated baked, only scraped true in our present, here Ina has complicated recipes for reybekuhen Potato balls - IV type .

Thank you. Will try it sometime :)

I tried to make sandwiches that are often advertised on TV, this need to roast and bread.

And cakes and Ryoshtito have been great. Very *delicious* picture;)
