Wolf dolmas

Ingredients
5 chicken steak
5 pork chops
3-4 sausages
400 g minced meat
1 fresh cabbage
1/2 cup rice
1 onion
1 carrot
200 g fresh mushrooms
sunflower oil
black pepper, cumin, salt
parsley
bay leaf
Water
1-2 tbsp tomato paste

Method
Digs is the book of the cabbage and put in salted water with a bay leaf to boil (boil for about 10-15 minutes). Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry the minced meat, add onion and carrots (chopped) with a little water to stew, and add mushrooms. Pretty tasty sounds and looks appetizing! I would do it with sour cabbage. Something similar is kapama.

Yes it is very tasty and it fairly quickly. And on sour cabbage :( - I do not like sauerkraut and so fresh :) but are variations :)
