Roll zucchini and eggplants

Ingredients
2 zucchini
2 eggs
1 cup flour
2 tbsp natural starch
120 ml milk
1/2 tsp salt
chopped dill
pinch of baking
2 eggplants
2 cloves garlic
100 g mayonnaise
100 g sour cream
pepper

Method
Eggplant Peel cut into thin strips lengthwise, rolled in flour and fry on both sides, then removed to paper towels to drain. Courgettes grate finely grater, squeeze the juice from, add the eggs, milk, starch (can be replaced with flour), baking soda, flour and mix well. Heat the oven to 200 C. In a rectangular pan put baking paper and namaslyava well. Pour mixture equilibrated and bake. In a bowl mix the crushed garlic, dill, salt, pepper, cream, mayonnaise and mix well. When the base is ready, is removed from the oven and smeared with some of the mayonnaise-cream mixture. Top rank and eggplants are enteric remaining mixture. Using the paper turns into a roll, and allowed it to cool slightly. Optional can be sprinkled with cheese and browned, and the filling can be experimented.

My cake was about 1/2 inch.

It was great, really impressed visitors. Only eggplant peknah it on the shelf. I regretted not put tomato and color, but the next time.
