Broccoli with Brie

350 g broccoli
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
50 g breadcrumbs
2 onions
150 g Brie

Cooked steamed broccoli until tender drain well, dip into ice water, and again drained. Garlic, finely chopped fry in 2 tbsp olive oil for about 1 minute. Add crumb, and the mixture was stirred continuously until golden. In the remaining olive oil fry the onion, cut into slices and add the broccoli. Vegetables pour into a baking dish, sprinkle top with grated feta cheese and baked for about 4-5 minutes, or until the feta cheese begins to melt. Serve sprinkled with a little garlic.

To not Muffler broccoli, cut them crosswise stebaltsata. So Boil equal time with upper part fine.

Broccoli prefer them rather with blue cheese, as is more intense flavor and broccoli are my little tasteless.

I blanch the broccoli in boiling water, then breaded them in egg and bread crumbs, arrange in a baking dish and sprinkle with blue cheese, but I'll try and do this.

Very tasty! Must try! And if you can with other cheese / cheese /?

Maggie, I have not once said that we are the kings of improvisation, so maybe with cheese and a smoked (melted) cheese. :)
