Avocado Dip with blue cheese

Ingredients
1 avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp finely chopped dill
2-3 cloves garlic
about 80 g feta cream cheese
40 g blue blue cheese
salt

Method
Avocado Peel and remove the stone - the most easy to pick the meat with a spoon - cut in two lengthwise and spoon scraped the inside - very easy, only the shell remains. The stone is easily removed with a knife - put on it and gently twist and she has separated. Place in a blender along with all other products and stir until smooth. Add salt, stir and home for an hour in the fridge to set. Upon cooling to form a dark crust, so when serving dipat mix well. Dipat avocado and blue cheese goes well with crackers, crackers or toast.

Mmmm, just put it in the fridge and even lick your fingers. To my taste - 1 clove garlic next time will be enough.
