Apple Pie

Ingredients
250 g yogurt
2 cup (400 g) sugar
1 egg
1 and 3/4 cup (350 g) flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
120 g butter
1 kg apples
cinnamon
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Yogurt and half sugar mix and allow to stand for 1 hour . Then add the egg and flour, which are dissolved and baking soda. The butter is melted in a container in which to bake the cake and add to mixture. Pour into casserole and bake. Peeled and cleaned apples are cooked with the remainder of sugar and a little water to form a thick paste. Add cinnamon to taste. Remove the cake is cut in two and the base is filled with apple cream. The finished cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
