Apple pudding with cottage cheese

300 g unsalted cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
30 g butter (to me 3 tbsp olive oil)
2 large apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp orange peel or zest of half an orange
3-4 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
# For greased and sprinkled:
30 g butter
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
powdered sugar

Whip snow with a pinch of salt. The cottage cheese and sugar mix. Add egg yolks, one by one, after each is well mixed using a mixer to uniformly absorb the mixture. Add olive oil and also crashed.
