Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
5 eggs
125 g butter
salt
# For the filling:
200 g feta cheese
125 g butter
50 g feta cheese "Roquefort"
40 g cheese
caraway, black pepper
Method
1 / 2 cups (100 ml) of water to boil with the butter and a pinch of salt. Gradually, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon in a circle, add the flour. When the dough begins to separate from the walls of the vessel is removed from heat and allowed to cool with stirring. Add eggs one at a time - each egg is added after the previous one is completely absorbed. From a smooth dough is extruded balls on a greased tray with lard. Bake in moderate oven 25 minutes, without opening the oven (the dough is soft and falling), allowed to peeling open the door of the oven. Cut and filled with cheese, cheesy or other stuffing.
