Method
Cookies are crushed in a plastic bag (or crushed in a blender) and mix with the melted butter. Add egg white and mix. With this mixture, cover the bottom of the form cake covered with baking paper. Pressed well to make a thick base. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 8-10 minutes. Then allowed to cool. The butter for the caramel melts in court and to it add the brown sugar. Stir over high heat until a caramel. Pour condensed milk, reducing the strength of the heat and boil for 5 minutes. This mixture is poured on the finished base. Bananas are cut into thin slices and arrange on caramel. Cream mix with dissolved in 1 tbsp water instant coffee. Distribute on bananas. Complete with julienne chocolate shaped with a knife or peeler. Pie placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

became delicious dessert - I was wrong banofi, although often I fancy looking like new recipes. I made small changes (mainly in the proportions to get a little lighter pie). Diminished products based on half and added a little ground walnuts. Reduced the sugar and butter toffee caramel in half. I put a little less cream. Ultimately, the result was excellent!
I forgot to mention that my biscuits were not cocoa.
Gergana, I'm glad you liked the dessert! Very appetizing look and image! :)
