Method
Peel the potatoes, wash and grate grater. Fry in pre-heated sunflower oil, until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a towel to absorb the fat. Already ready to put in an elliptical plate and aligned. They shall bear roasted meat and garnish with fresh herbs optional.
