Ingredients
380-400 g biscuits
400 g sour cream
500 g yogurt (4.5%)
4 tbsp sugar - optional for lovers of sweet
300 g jam or blueberry jam
200 g of milk chocolate

Method
Cream, yogurt and sugar are stirred in a deep bowl. They added sweet or jam, as nice mix. Add 100 chocolate - grated, stir again. The mixture in the bowl gets a little sparse. In pan size 20x30 cm Pour 3-4 tbsp of the mixture spreadable on the bottom of the tray. Sorting biscuits and pour a mixture of a few tablespoons. Alternating continued by ending with the mixture. Grate the remaining chocolate in large pieces grater and spread over cake. Tray screw with household foil and collect it in the fridge for at least 5-6 hours. * In my cake get the 5 lines, mention it as a reference for the distribution of the mixture. * I left it in the fridge for 24 hours and get a delicious, light and fresh seasonal cake.
