Boats Stuffed pepper

Ingredients
5 large green peppers
250 g minced meat
1 slice bread
1 egg
100 g cheese
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
paprika, black pepper, salt, savory, thyme
parsley
sunflower oil
2 tomatoes
Method
Mushrooms and onions are cut and fry in oil until ready. Drained of fat and mixed with minced meat and other products and spices (no tomatoes). Peppers are cut in half and filled on them lining up slices of tomatoes. In the pan put the oil of mushrooms and a little water. Peppers bake at 200 ° C until ready.
