Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
2 bunches of spring onions
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 sprigs of mint
2 chillies
1 tsp paprika
salt
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed, cut in large pieces and sauté in the oil. Add the chopped onion and chives on longer pieces. Allow to smother and put chopped mint, parsley, chushletata and spices. Stew until stay fat. This reconstituted kebab wrapped in paper (or foil), tied as bundles and bake in moderate oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve on a bed of fried potatoes.
