Brioche buns with puff pastry

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
100 g chocolate spread
50 g raisins
egg 1
2 tbsp sugar for sprinkling
Method
The dough is cut into squares 10x10 cm. Each square is brushed with chocolate spread and sprinkle with raisins. Squares are wound in the form of rolls. Spread top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in moderate oven until a golden color.

Perhaps you mean that the rolls can be made with two types of dough - a bakery and puff

I like the recipe, like my croissants in the described manner!

It just rolls with puff pastry and easily rolled from triangles instead of squares. A brioche buns are something else
