Bruschettas with tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients
1 loaf
4-5 tomatoes (600 g)
150 g mozzarella
2 green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
50 ml olive oil
salt, pepper
basil, oregano on taste

Method
Peel the tomatoes and blend. Together with the chopped onion and sauté garlic in 40 ml olive oil until ready. Add salt and add the spices. Cut the baguette into thin slices. Spotted with olive oil and baked for 5 minutes at 180 C. Bake slices are coated with plenty of tomato paste, place the top piece of mozzarella and baked again to melt the feta cheese. Serve warm with a salad of your choice.
