Cake layered with cottage cheese

300 g flour
125 g butter
1 egg
100 g of powdered sugar
5 g baking powder
pinch of salt
rind of 1 lemon
# For the filling:
250 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
vanilla 1
80 g of powdered sugar

Egg mix with sugar. Add the melted butter and grated lemon rind. In separate bowl mix flour with baking powder and salt. The two mixtures are combined and stirred to yield a crumbly dough. Leave in the refrigerator for 1/2 hr. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. All products were combined to give a smooth slurry. Detachable shape with a diameter of 22-24 cm, cover with baking paper. On it is allocated 2/3 of dough crumbled. Put it in 10 minutes. in a preheated 180C oven. Remove and pour over the dough filling. On it was broken the rest of the dough. Returns in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. cake is served cold and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
