Ingredients
60 g flour
60 g sugar
1 egg
Method
Beat the egg and sugar until the sugar is not melted and then gradually add the flour and stir the mixture again. You should get an average of rare mixture. Then in an oiled pan or on baking paper or spraying using a small spoon shape elongated oval shapes. Should not touch each other tabs. Bake in moderate oven until dark edges. Leave to cool and then peel off.
