Ingredients
          2 kg boneless chicken breasts or legs
          1 kg onion
          50 g chilies
          100 g grated coconut or coconut milk tin
          1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
          2 tsp garam masala powder and kopiandar 1 tsp turmeric, salt
          1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
          400 g yogurt
          300 g sunflower oil

          Method
              Cut the chicken into cubes. Mix the salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, ginger and garlic paste. This mixture Marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes (longer stand in the marinade the more delicious it). Fry the onion until golden. Add chicken. After 10 minutes, add the yoghurt and 150 ml water. Leave to boil for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the coconut and pepper pepper, sandwiching and leave to cook for about 20 minutes. Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
