Chicken salad with farfalle and spinach

Ingredients
200 g chicken breasts
2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 red pepper
2 green onions
250 g fresh spinach
2 eggs
150 g cheese
farfalle or other pasta
# For the sauce:
150 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
Method
Bits of chicken breast marinated 15 minutes with white wine, olive oil and salt, and then rolled in bread crumbs and fried. Farfalle boil according to the instructions of the package, then drained and rinsed with cold water. Spinach cleaned, washed and cut into strips. Eggs and cheese cut into cubes and onions and pepper rings. The ingredients of the sauce with broken blender until a homogeneous mixture. In a transparent glass bowl are arranged in rows ingredients to produce beautiful layers as required beginning with farfalle. The sauce is served separately and any optional flavor your salad with it.
