Coffee Freshness

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) strong coffee
3 tbsp (30 g) of honey
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
500 ml milk
cream
4 balls of ice cream
Method
In brewed coffee melt the honey and sugar. Add milk and cream. The mixture was chilled thoroughly. Serve in glasses over ice cream.
