Cream of chestnuts with chocolate

Ingredients
1 kg chestnuts
100 g of milk chocolate
3 tbsp brewed strong coffee
100 g milk
100 g of powdered sugar
1 cup cream
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Chestnuts is cleaved cross, put in pan and bake in a preheated 165 C oven for 20 minutes (if not fresh, are flooded with water in a saucepan, boil and cook for another 5 min). Then cleaned of sheet and skin, pour a little water, enough to cover them, boil and cook 25 minutes, or until tender. Water is poured, and chestnuts Strain. Chocolate Grate melts in hot coffee and mix with the butter and 100 g of powdered sugar. Mix. Poizstinaloto but still warm chestnut paste was mixed with chocolate and carefully poured into greased with butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar round shape.
