here's another variyant :) Pastry with cheese and breadcrumbs 3 ready peel (from Turkish yufka)
200 g. cheese
1c. h. milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
The cortices are stacked and cut with a knife, and cutting the cake. Then the top (rounded) end of each triangle is put a piece of cheese. Turns like muffin. Asweet part comes from above. Then the piece is melted in the milk and add some breadcrumbs at both ends. Thus proceed with the remaining pieces. Arrange in a baking dish (greased) and bake.
I love batter, so surely will try in the coming days. I liked the recipe! Goes to favorites.
Just realized how PANIC rolls or eggs are immersed in them?
neli1100 ... when fried can skip the breading, and when the drought is covered-dipped in egg and breadcrumbs, while breading and in many oiled baking pan drought consumed :)
