Crude lemon syrup

Ingredients
1 kg lemons
1 kg of sugar
2 liters of water

Method
Lemons thoroughly wash, cut into pieces, throw seeds and lemon peel are ground in machine for meat or food processor. Put in a 3 liter jar with sugar and water, stir to dissolve the sugar and leave it 24 to 30 hours. Filter through 2 strainers, pour into bottles and refrigerated. I dilute it at a ratio of 1 ladle of syrup to a tumbler of water. * I do not throw lemon mess, but freeze it in ice cube trays and use the cubes in recipes that require grated lemon peel. Can be done and jam it.
