Ingredients
3-4 crammed cup leaves and stems of mint
1 - 1.5 liters of water
1 kg sugar

Method
Leaves and stethe base mint and water are ground in a food processor or blender. Allow 15-30 minutes (more if standing starts bitterness), and filtered through a 2 strainers. The juice is poured into a suitable bottle, put the sugar and bumpy vigorously until the sugar dissolves. Store in the refrigerator lasts 2-3 months. Serve in ice and soda water in a concentration optional.
